1. What is an inflatable car flood protection airbag?
It is an inflatable structure positioned around and beneath a parked vehicle. It is designed to provide emergency buoyancy
assistance and help users prepare for potential flooding.
2. Which vehicles can use this airbag?
Suitability depends on the vehicle’s dimensions, weight, underbody structure and the airbag’s rated capacity. Provide your vehicle
details to the manufacturer before purchase to confirm compatibility.
3. How long does setup take?
Inflation takes approximately 20 minutes. Allow additional time for unfolding, positioning the vehicle and securing the equipment.
Actual setup time depends on the pump and site conditions.
4. What accessories are included?
Each set includes one inflation pump and two ropes, each 10 metres long. Confirm the pump’s power requirements and the
manufacturer’s approved attachment points and securing method before use.
5. Does the airbag guarantee that the vehicle will stay dry?
No. It provides emergency buoyancy assistance but cannot guarantee protection against water ingress. Performance depends on
vehicle weight, water conditions, floating debris, airbag condition and securing arrangements. Confirm capacity and operating limits
with the manufacturer.
6. How should the airbag be maintained and stored?
Remove dirt and debris after use, inspect the airbag, valves and attachment points, and let it dry thoroughly before deflating and
folding. Store it in a cool, dry place away from sharp objects. Check for leaks and inspect accessories before reuse, following the
manufacturer’s instructions.
